The Philadelphia 76ers were recently defeated by the Toronto Raptors, and a certain 76ers fan — comedian Kevin Hart — isn't too happy about it. And the person he blames for the 76ers' loss? None other than Raptors ambassador Drake.
As Complex points out, Hart was recently interviewed on Live with Ryan and Kelly and expressed that he had a bone to pick with the rapper, telling the pair that Drake wanted to strike up a bet with Hart ahead of the game. "He wanted to bet on a series and I was like, 'I'm not gonna bet you 'cause you don't pay, you don't pay your debts,'" Hart told Ryan and Kelly.
When pressed on the mention of Drake not paying his debts, Hart elaborated: "He bet before and it took him a long time to pay me so I'm not betting him no more." Essentially, Hart thinks that his reluctance to accept Drake's offer of a bet was what led the 76ers down — the recent 76ers/Raptors game, of course, being the first game in a while to break the dreaded 'Drake curse.' "If I had a bet we probably would have won. But because I didn't bet he reversed me, he hit me with a reverse woo, basically ... I let my city down."
Drake has recently come under fire from the Milwaukee Bucks' coach for being too annoying during games. Everyone's got a bone to pick with this man, it seems!
