SoundCloud rap's distorted beat-god Ronny J doesn't limit himself to just crafting some of rap's biggest tunes. The Jersey-born producer-turned-rapper commands just as much attention in front of the mic.
Today via The FADER, Ronny shows off his charismatic artistry with an inspirational, upbeat tune off of his upcoming tape JUPITER. Watch the music video to "Star" up above.
The spacey, 70s-inspired clip sees Ronny getting jiggy over a lo-fi interstellar backdrop, as his sparkly jacket shines brighter than the stars behind him.
“Star is a ‘feel’ record," Ronny J tells The FADER via email. "Anybody who listens to it will get that feeling that we are all stars inside. For the video, we curated a vintage chic meets galactic vision. JUPITER coming soon!”
