Frank Ocean and former collaborator Om’Mas Keith reportedly drop lawsuits
The artists sued each other over their Keith’s contributions to Blonde.
Frank Ocean and Om'Mas Keith, Ocean's former collaborator and a producer of Ocean's album Blonde, have dropped their respective lawsuits against each other, according to reports in The Blast and Pitchfork.
Ocean launched his suit against Keith in February 2018 after Keith was reportedly seeking songwriting credits on songs Ocean claimed he was not involved in. Keith filed his own lawsuit in May. On Friday, both parties reportedly reached a “negotiated settlement" according to documents viewed by Pitchfork, with each person paying their own legal fees.
