Charlie Sloth will host his first show on Apple Music this weekend. The Charlie Sloth Rap Show airs at 3 p.m. EST on Saturday January 19 (12 p.m. PST/ 8 P.M. in the U.K.) and will be repeated the following day at 2 p.m.
His popular Fire In The Booth segment will remain a feature of his Apple Music show and begins with a session from rising U.K. rappers Headie One, K-Trap, Blade Brown, and Ambush Buzzworl. Sloth will also have a Charlie Sloth playlist on Apple Music and a Charlie Sloth Fire In The Booth playlist.
Last year Drake made headlines after recording a Fire In The Booth. Sloth has hosted freestyles from artists including Giggs and Nines, as well as being the birthplace of Big Shaq.
The British DJ left BBC Radio 1 in 2018 after nearly 10 years at the station. His exit was hastened following an outburst at an awards show in October in which he appeared to criticise former Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman.
