Watch PJ Morton’s perfect New Orleans bounce take on “This Christmas”

What better way to head into December than with a bounce-infused take on a Motown Christmas classic? PJ Morton recently dropped his own spin on Donny Hathaway's "This Christmas", the second single from his album Christmas with PJ Morton. The videos pieces together all the things the holidays embody: family, food, and infectious music. The song, which Morton describes as "a brown beat for Jesus’ birthday with a full orchestra on it", also features New Orleans bounce artist HaSizzle. "I went all the way there with the string orchestra and the horns on top of the bounce beat," Morton said about the single.
