Kevin Morby links with Peaking Lights for “Harlem River After Hours Dub”

In celebration of the song’s five year anniversary, Morby will perform it for an hour straight in L.A. to benefit wildfire relief.

This year marks five years since the release of Kevin Morby's breakthrough solo single "Harlem River." In commemoration, Morby has linked with psych pop duo Peaking Lights for a sprawling new remix "Harlem River After Hours Dub." "I wrote the song to be about new explorations and it continues to give me - year after year - just that," said Morby in a press release.

Additionally, Morby will perform "Harlem River" for an hour straight at Gold Digger's in Los Angeles on December 6th with a host of special guests. Proceeds from the gig will benefit the California Community Foundation's Wildfire Relief Fund. Cop a vinyl of the remix EP here and stream it below.
