In 2007, Damon Albarn (Gorillaz, Blur), Paul Simonon (The Clash), Afrobeat pioneer Tony Allen and Simon Tong (The Verve) released an album called The Good, The Bad & The Queen, which became the supergroup's de facto name. On November 16, the group's second project Merrie Land will be released, and you can watch a visualizer for the album's title track above. A press release calls the 10-track album "a paean to the Britain of today, an inclusive Britain, currently in an Anglo-Saxostentialist crises at the end of a relationship, wondering what might be salvaged." Listen to "Merrie Land" above and check out The Good, The Bad & The Queen's December UK tour dates below.
