Fresh off the dropping "GTFO" last month, Mariah Carey has returned with yet another single. This one's a light and optimistic ballad titled "With You." It's the second single from Mariah Carey's as of yet untitled forthcoming album. She also shared a brief clip of what looks like an upcoming video for the song.
