It's been almost two years since Kero Kero Bonito released their excellent debut album, Bonito Generation. In the time since, the British trio have been cranking out consistently intriguing new sounds, including a venture into grungier territory with their last EP TOTEP. Today, they've announced that they've signed to Polyvinyl, where they'll release their second LP, Time ’n’ Place.
Though they haven't yet announced its release date, they have shared a new cut from the record. "Make Believe" finds the group tiptoeing the line between blissed out daydream and total existential breakdown—everything you could ask for from a KKB single.
