J. Lo and her VMA backup dancers brought the heat

A highlight of the VMAs is always watching the winner of the MTV Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award turn it the hell out on stage, and J. Lo did not disappoint. She sang all her bangers, shook her ass like all of New York City depended on it, and resurrected Ja Rule.
