Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus are working on a new project
Bridgers confirmed the collaboration at NPR’s Turning The Tables panel last night.
Last night, in celebration of their recently-debuted Turning The Tables list of the 200 best songs by female-identified musicians in the 21st century, NPR hosted a panel at Lincoln Center in New York City. The conversation and performance featured Carly Rae Jepsen, Mitski, Jamila Woods, Phoebe Bridgers, and folk trio I'm With Her.
During the panel, moderator Ann Powers asked Bridgers about a rumored collaborative project with fellow musicians Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, Brooklyn Vegan reports. Further details regarding the project are scarce, but Bridgers is no stranger to supergroup-level collabs. Back in February, she covered Sheryl Crow with Soccer Mommy and Conor Obserst.
