Neneh Cherry has shared her first new solo music since 2014's Blank Project. The new single, "Kong," finds the Swedish artist pondering colonialism and the refugee crisis atop a tranquilized production courtesy of Four Tet and 3D (of Massive Attack). "Every nation seeks its friends in France & Italy," she sings, "and all across the 7 seas, and goddam guns and guts and bitter love still put a hole in me."
