Cuco’s “Summertime Hightime” video features a real life Ed, Edd n Eddy character

On his recent Chiquito EP, Hawthorne, California-based singer/songwriter Cuco imbues his intimate, personable pop music with the warm haze of young love. That vibe is visualized perfectly in the video for "Summertime Hightime," Cuco's collaboration with J-Kwe$t. A backyard party with friends and bandmates turns romantic when Cuco spots someone from across the room: a femme version of Plank, the piece of wood from Ed, Edd n Eddy. J-Kwe$t pursues a real live human, and gets in the kind of trouble that just doesn't happen with a nice piece of mushed tree pulp.
