Last night, Kevin Gates dropped a new mini-EP Chained To The City, his first project since being released from a stint in prison earlier this year. Earlier today, he shared a video for one of the three songs, "Change Lanes." The Cole Bennett-directed clip shows the New Orleans rapper reflecting on his current state of affairs.
