Lizzo shares “Fitness,” her “declaration of independence from the bullshit”

Lizzo has released "Fitness," a truly inspiring anthem for anyone working out for literally any reason, but mostly just for you. The new workout jam comes with an equally inspiring visual, where women clad in leather repeatedly dance under a screen reminding anyone watching that "I DON'T DO THIS FOR YOU."

"#Fitness is my Declaration of Independence from the bullshit!," Lizzo wrote on Twitter of the song. "I hope to inspire women all over to put themselves first. And next time someone has a critique about you or your body, say “I don’t do this for you”!"
