Bloc Party announces Silent Alarm tour

The band will play its 2005 debut album in full at six European dates.

Bloc Party has announced details of a tour in which it will play 2005 debut album Silent Alarm in full. The band, fronted by Kele Okereke, will play six shows in Europe this October. Tickets for the dates go on sale this Friday, March 23.

Starting in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Bloc Party will also play in Paris, Berlin, Brussels, and Dublin. The tour will conclude with a show at London's Alexandra Palace on October 24. There are currently no confirmed plans to bring the shows to North America.

Released in February 2005, Silent Alarm features the singles "Helicopter" and "Banquet." Bloc Party's most recent album Hymns was released in 2016.
