Thundercat to release chopped and screwed Drank on purple vinyl

Thundercat's 2017 album is getting the "chopped not slopped" treatment. DJ Candlestick and OG Ron C's version of the album, which landed unofficially last year, is getting a release both digitally and on purple vinyl. The alternate version of the album, re-titled Drank, can be streamed below.

The 2LP and CD release is due on March 16 and is available to pre-order now. Drunk was released in February 2017 and features contributions from Kendrick Lamar, Michael McDonald, and Kenny Loggins among others.
