JAY-Z has shared three new music videos: "Legacy," "Smile" and "Marcy Me," all songs from the new album 4:44. "Smile" tells the story of a romantic relationship from the perspective of JAY-Z's mother, Gloria Carter, and was written and directed by Miles Jay. "Legacy," a story about a prison break written and directed by Jeymes Samuel, stars Ron Perlman and Susan Sarandon. Finally, the visuals for "Marcy Me" are handled by Ben and Joshua Safdie, the directors of the acclaimed Robert Pattinson-starring film Good Time. In that clip, a young boy is sent on a snack run by his friends, and ends up pursued by a helicopter.
"Legacy," "Smile," and "Marcy Me" follow clips for "MaNyfaCedGod,” "Adnis," "Kill Jay Z," "BAM," and "Moonlight." JAY-Z is currently touring in support of the album.
