Julien Baker burst out of Memphis, Tennessee with Sprained Ankle, her debut album of captivating emo-infused ballads. On "Turn Out The Lights," her new song and title track from her upcoming album, Baker's sound is expanded and given a tender tempestuousness similar to early Cold Specks.
