In his recent interview with The Breakfast Club, A$AP Ferg spoke out against A$AP Bari, VLONE creator and fellow member of A$AP Mob. Bari came under fire in July after a video leaked showing him allegedly attempting to force a woman to perform oral sex. To some the news was ironic, since Bari fought with Ian Connor after several women came forward with rape allegations against the Kanye collaborator.
“We don’t condone that kind of behavior,” Ferg told The Breakfast Club. The rapper dropped his latest mixtape Still Striving last week and A$AP Mob is releasing their next project Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy this Friday. Ferg admits that the news surrounding Bari had a negative effect on the group. “Whenever they showed the video or spoke about it on YouTube, it would be ‘Shabba Ranks’ B-role in the back of my video and it's like 'damn, I ain't have nothing to do with that shit,’" Ferg says. "But what happens is you guilty by association."
Ferg confirmed that Bari is still a part of A$AP Mob, but that the crew had to “sit him down” after the video leaked.
