What did we learn about @realDonaldTrump at this #G20? @CUhlmann explains. #Insiders pic.twitter.com/TGOXdiFWhB

Chris Uhlmann, a political editor and reporter, went all in on Donald Trump during his coverage of G20, which is a summit that includes the some of the most powerful heads of states, financial ministers and bankers. Donald Trump faced a lot of criticism at the summit, for having his daughter Ivanka stand in for him at a meeting and for a speech that may have included references to a white supremacist slogan.
Uhlmann didn't even get to those issues however. Rather, he criticized Trump's overall capacity to lead the United States.
"He identified an illness in Western democracies, but he has no cure for it," Uhlmann begins his report. "Rather he seems intent on exploiting it."
He goes on to say that Trump was an "uneasy, lonely, awkward figure," and calls Trump's decision to not condemn North Korea for their missile tests a failure. Uhlmann also set up a distinguishment between speeches written for Trump and the actual words of the U.S. President.
"It's the unscripted Trump that's real," says Uhlmann. "A man who barks out bile in 140 characters."
You can watch the entire clip above which includes Uhlmann's ultimate assessment of Trump: "We learned that Donald Trump has pressed fast forward on the decline of the United States as a global leader."
