Chromat's founder and designer Becca McCharen-Tran told Vogue that the collection is "all about a strong gaze, direct eye contact,” but we'd say the lip-game is A1 as well.
The #SHOCKVALUE lipstick is drawn from Juliana Huxtable's signature look and references her popular, recurring nightlife event of the same name.
