Luis Fonsi, the Puerto Rican singer who's been sitting pretty at Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 since February, just announced a headlining American tour in support of "Despacito." The "Love + Dance" tour will kick off in Las Vegas on September 8 and hit cities across the country for the remainder of the month. It's his first headlining tour in the U.S. since 2009, though he's currently on an extensive international run off the success of the Daddy Yankee-assisted hit and its remix, which features Justin Bieber.
