World leaders call for unity. Trump tweets the complete opposite. https://t.co/98splT1k8E Let me be diplomatic. Trump makes me puke.

The terrible attacks that shook London on Saturday, June 3 brought thoughtful and concerned responses from every part of the world. Leaders of the UK and the Mayor of London released statements condemning the attacks and encouraging, strength and love, and other leaders from around the world pledged their support and offered their condolences.
President Trump was one of those people, and tweeted out shortly after being briefed by the National Security Council, "Whatever the United States can do to help out in London and the U. K., we will be there - WE ARE WITH YOU. GOD BLESS!"
Trump prefaced that tweet with one reinforcing the idea that the United State needs a "travel ban" an unconstitutional measure that has been struck down by the courts multiple times already. Trump didn't leave it at that however, he followed up by decontextualizing the statement Mayor Sadiq Khan gave to London, and then made a comment about the lack of gun debate, because the attackers did not use them.
Below are former U.S. Ambassadors, the U.S. Embassy in the U.K, and many more expressing their disdain for the President's statement.
Trump & his social media director say nothing to honor London victims. Instead, they attack London mayor directing emergency response.

50 Americans died by gunshot since London ... if @realDonaldTrump was serious about keeping America safe we'd have a gun debate right now. pic.twitter.com/cUWYWqO59a

The response from emergency services, law enforcement & officials in Ldn–as well as ordinary Londoners–has been extraordinary. – LLukens 2/3

Three guys carried out a planned attack and killed seven people. It's actually worth asking what might have happened if they had guns. https://t.co/4pPoSfsIAU

Yes it would definitely have been better for everyone if they could have easily got guns, good point Don https://t.co/rn0oMIfao1

I think Donald Trump either wants to give the terrorists guns or ban knives and trucks. https://t.co/f2c5wY8tab

London's pride towards our Mayor should only be matched by the United States' shame towards their President https://t.co/mJgtzVAixP

Trump still smarting from when Sadiq said he didn't want to be "an exception" to his Muslim ban. https://t.co/2UXQ635eCU
