Shourav Dasari did not win the Scripps National Spelling Bee, but he did have the sickest moment of the night and ended up winning in the eyes of the internet.
When Shourav was given the word "mogollon," he didn't even ask for a definition before nailing the spelling and walking away. The mic was planted firmly in the stand, but he managed to drop it metaphorically. His mom did not look happy.
Twitter became a big fan of Shourav, with everyone collectively losing it after the 14-year-old spelled the word in five seconds flat.
