In February, the 19-year-old rapper was accused of assaulting a female bartender at a Miami-Dade strip club. According to the police report, Kodak “approached her and started acting belligerent." She also claimed the rapper "hit her in the forehead with his right arm" and then "began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after."
The Florida Department of Corrections has added the incident to the list of ways Kodak has violated the terms of his house arrest.
Kodak is also facing charges in South Carolina for allegedly sexually assaulting a fan.
Kodak will be back in court May 5 for sentencing.
Representatives for Kodak Black did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
