CeeLo Green certainly turned heads at last night's Grammys ceremony. The singer turned up wearing an all-gold outfit, complete with a gold mask. In a statement given to XXL Green explained that the unusual look is how his new persona, who he has named Gnarly Davidson, looks. Green's last stunt to promote Gnarly Davidson came in 2016 when he pretended his Samsung phone had exploded while he was on a call.
It might be Gnarly Davidson that Green says he was dressed as, but Twitter users had their own interpretations. His red carpet look was compared to an end of level boss from a computer game, a Power Rangers villain, and even luxury chocolates Ferrero Rocher. Drake got in on the fun too while also making a point about the Grammys not showing Rihanna any love at the ceremony.
