Today Santino Boderick, the member of Bobby Shmurda's GS9 crew who went by Cueno, received a sentence of between 117 and 130 years in prison, XXL has reported.
Boderick was tried and convicted in November 2016 on charges of gang-related violence that occurred between January 2013 and December 2014. The 23 counts included conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder in the second degree, and attempted assault in the first degree.
The entire GS9 squad were arrested on December 16, 2014. According to the inditement, they were alleged to have "participated in and agreed to embark upon a certain course of criminal conduct including murder, assault, weapons possession, narcotics possession and sales and other crimes..."
Since then, other members have received prison sentences. For the murder of a rival gang member, Rashid “Rasha” Derissant was handed 98 1/3 years to life in May 2016, while Alex “A-Rod” Crandon received 53 years. Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel were sentenced to seven years on weapons charges.
