Justin Bieber Has 2016’s Most Watched Music Video

“Sorry” finishes above videos from Adele, Rihanna, and Fifth Harmony on VEVO’s list.

2016's most watched music video is one from 2015. Justin Bieber's "Sorry" has been revealed by VEVO as the year's most viewed video worldwide with over 1.8b views. That's 600m more than Adele's "Hello," which was also released in 2015, in second spot.

In total, five of the top ten videos gained over a billion views worldwide, with Fifth Harmony's "Work From Home," and This Is What You Came For" by Calvin Harris also featuring in the top five. Noted Instagram hater Bieber ends the year with three entries in the worldwide chart with "What Do You Mean?" and "Love Yourself" also featuring in the top ten.
