MssingNo, the mysterious U.K. producer now signed to XL, dropped off his second release of the year today, M1 Personal Trainer. The surprise-released tape is a continuous stream of several tracks, spread out across 23 minutes.

Back in 2013, MssingNo turned plenty of heads with his self-titled debut, even topping FACT's annual year-end tracks list with the R. Kelly-sampling "XE2." Earlier this year he surfaced with a new collection, his XL debut Fones EP. The new tape builds off the momentum of that project, with ravey, off-kilter flips of contemporary pop and R&B.
