Back in July Wiley tweeted that his album Godfather would not be coming out as releasing it would be "pointless." Fast forward four months and the album has a release date, January 2017, and there are two new songs to check out.
The first, titled "U Were Always Part 2" premiered on Beats 1 last night. The slow winding single features Skepta and his fellow north London-based MC Belly. Amont the quotables is a line in which Wiley complaining about a girl who caused a big scene in Nando's, the popular chain restaurant brand.

In addition to the Skepta collab, Wiley also dropped the stark black and white visuals for "Holy Grime" featuring Devlin. You can peep those below.
Wiley's Godfather is now listed on iTunes with a release date of January 13 2017. Guests on the album are set to include JME, Newham Generals, Chip, Lethal Bizzle, and P Money.
