Earlier this week, Lin-Manuel Miranda detailed the tracklist for The Hamilton Mixtape, a project curated by himself and Questlove. With contributions from Nas, Chance The Rapper, Alicia Keys, and more, the mixtape will be a spin-off of Miranda's hit musical packed with remixes and interpolations of the show's main numbers.
Shortly after the announcement, The Roots shared one of first tracks from the project, which is a remix of "My Shot." Busta Rhymes, Brooklyn rapper Joell Ortiz, and fun.'s Nate Ruess all come together to contribute new verses for the tenacious, yet catchy hook. Listen below.
