Beyoncé was on stage at TIDAL's charity event on Saturday, injuring her ear in a nasty looking accident. If she needs any extra back-up for future shows then police officer Deuntay Diggs might be the man for the job. Footage of him dancing to Bey's "Formation" has gone viral after he performed the routine for kids at North Stafford High School on Friday, October 14.
31-year-old Diggs is the first openly gay deputy to serve at Stafford County Sheriff’s Office and has said that he learned the choreography to inspire the students. “The reason I’m doing this is to show kids that they can make it, that they can survive, that they can be successful,” he told BuzzFeed. “I’ve been very fortunate, at this time when people look negatively upon law enforcement, that I’m able to change that narrative and open up some conversations and engage with people.”
