Earlier this year, the Toronto punk-grunge band Greys released their second album Outer Heaven. Today on Stereogum, Greys announced their third album Warm Shadow with a stream of the entire LP and an interview. The band's frontman Shehzaad Jiwani called Warm Shadow "a parallel, flip side of the coin" to Outer Heaven. "It’s almost like a Guided By Voices record or something like that, but if they did a lot of drugs," he said.
Warm Shadow is available now on Bandcamp. All proceeds from the album will be donated to Sistering, "a trans-inclusive agency supporting women from across Toronto who experience first hand the impact of marginalization and poverty." Listen to the album below and read our interview with Jiwani here.
