21-year-old rapper Tia Nomore hails from the Bay Area and got her first looks when she crushed a remix of Ty Dolla $ign's "Or Nah" with Kehlani. Earlier in 2016, she dropped her incredibly solid debut Holloween and now she's sharing the visual for album cut "The Opposition," with some aid from fellow Bay Area folks Iamsu! and CJ of HBK.
Tia and 'Su provide the raps in a rocky Cali landscape and things do not end up all that well. In a statement to The FADER Tia said her and Iamsu! each had a story to tell and that's how the track came about:
"'The Opposition' record were facts which addressed vultures trying to merge in my lane, it was like me sayin if you gone pick a side then ride. I felt somethin needed to be said to the wave watchers and the result was priceless. Iamsu had a story to tell....so we made it cohesive."
With Holloween out now, Tia is prepping a new, still-untitled project to hit before the end of the year. Watch "The Opposition" video above.
