Giggs Announces His Biggest Ever U.K. Show
The Landlord will headline a London gig in November.
U.K. rapper Giggs has had to overcome a number of obstacles in order to simply play a live show in the past few years. Since 2010 police have targeted him and his tours, most notably pressuring venues into canceling a 10-date tour in 2013. However, with hugely successful album The Landlord arriving this summer, Giggs will headline his biggest ever show in November. The announcement was made with a short Instagram video from Giggs, see above, in which he said it had taken "a lot of meetings" to get the go ahead. He will play what's likely to be one the year's most celebratory shows at London's O2 Forum Kentish Town on November 11. Tickets go on sale from 10 a.m. on Friday, September 16.
