Mica Levi’s Next Film Score Will Be For Natalie Portman’s Jackie Biopic

In 2014 Mica Levi (aka Micachu) showed a different side to her musical abilities when she scored Jonathan Glazer's eerie sci-fi film Under The Skin. Levi's next film project has been revealed as Jackie, the forthcoming Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis biopic starring Natalie Portman.

Jackie is set during Kennedy's early days as First Lady and her life after the assassination of her husband, John F. Kennedy. The film also stars Caspar Phillipson as John F. Kennedy and Peter Sarsgaard as his brother Robert. It is expected to premiere at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival in September.

Since scoring Under The Skin Levi has worked with Arca, Dean Blunt, and Brother May as well as releasing Good Sad Happy Bad, the third Micachu and The Shapes album.
