Big releases from Los Angeles rappers such as YG and ScHoolboy Q have deservedly dominated the West Coast rap discourse this year, but the rest of the city's promising scene often goes overlooked. Drakeo The Ruler, a South Central rapper with a subdued yet menacing flow, is one of Los Angeles' most promising up-and-comers.
Last night, Drakeo shared his first full-length project of 2016, I Am Mr. Mosely 2. The tape's 2015 prequel featured a collection of DJ Mustard productions and garnered the young rapper some attention.
