In a time where the most vaunted streetwear has an instantly recognizable label branded across its wares and brands like Tommy Hilfiger are bringing back the old ubiquity of their logos, it only makes sense that Nike would relaunch the Nike Air More Uptempo. The heavily-branded silhouette was famously worn by Scottie Pippen during the 1996 Olympics in ATL. Kith is doing its part to pay tribute to Pippen: the first 96 pairs of Uptempos sold at the Brooklyn shop on Wednesday will come with tickets for an in store with Pippen himself this coming Saturday. Something worth waking up early for.
