Calvin Harris and Rihanna's "This Is What You Came For" is a top 10 hit of the summer and a rep for Taylor Swift confirmed to media outlets on Wednesday morning that Taylor Swift (Harris's ex-girlfriend) actually wrote the track under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg. This unexpectedly confirmed part of fan theories that Swift was involved in the track (and that it played a part in the pair's breakup).
Harris responded to the news on Twitter, writing "Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though."
Check out the rest of his tweets about the song's creation below. (A rep for Taylor Swift was not immediately available for comment.)
And she sings on a little bit of it too 🙃

Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual https://t.co/vW3yGOIJit
I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym

I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do

I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it
