Big Dope P’s “Off Da Bottle” Is A Certified Heater
The Parisian ghetto house don shares his latest release on Local Action.

Self-anointed "ghetto house don" Big Dope P has been promoting the likes of Jersey club and footwork on his Moveltraxx label since 2007. Now based in London, with releases on Skrillex's OWSLA and Nightwave's Heka Trax under his belt, the hip-hop-loving French producer is set to unleash perhaps his biggest solo track yet in "Off Da Bottle."
"I started 'Off Da Bottle' in Paris two years ago," Big Dope P told The FADER over email, "I recorded vocals in Miami, and finished it in London last fall. Super proud to put it out via Local Action, a label I respect a lot and regularly buy the releases [of]. We also worked with WRUNG, the best streetwear brand in France, on the artwork and a limited edition t-shirt."
