Rihanna features on two songs released today, April 29: the Nineteen85-produced "Too Good" from Drake's VIEWS, and the new single from Calvin Harris, "This Is What You Came For." No prizes for guessing for which one features ramp up synths and a Coachella-ready drop. Opening with Rihanna singing, Baby, this is what you came for/ Lightning strikes every time she moves, "This Is What You Came For" builds and loops her vocodered vocal (she's looking at you-ou-oooou-oooooou) over an airy and addictive hook.
Expect this one to be inescapable in the coming months, especially with the Taylor Swift PR machine already on board (Swift, Harris' girlfriend, debuted the "This Is What You Came For" single art on the jacket she wore to Coachella this year).
