After revealing the tracklist for his forthcoming Thing Called Life album this week, August Alsina unveiled a pair of new tunes today. The singer teamed up with Chris Brown on "Been Around The World;" the hook—"been around the world and I-I-I"—interpolates Diddy's "Been Around The World," which in turn borrowed its chorus from Lisa Stansfield's 1989 classic "All Around The World." "The Dreamer" examines the cycle of urban poverty, a topic Alsina has explored before on songs like "Make It Home" and "Downtown."
