This Is How The FADER’s Covers Are Made

In this behind-the-scenes video as part of our 100th issue celebrations, Pharrell, Drake, Mac Miller, and more weigh in on what it means to be on the cover of The FADER. Or rather, its two covers—every issue of The FADER has two cover stars, one on the front and the back, and there's always a "poetry between the two," as deputy editor Duncan Cooper points out above. In the past 16 years, The FADER's put almost 200 artists on its covers. That's a lot of special moments. Watch the video above to get a closer look at how they came to be.
