Kelly Rowland Returns With “Dumb”

Kelly Rowland has mostly been quiet since the release of her last album, Talk A Good Game, in 2013. She jumped back into the fray this week with "Dumb," a spare, sinuous, up-tempo track that plays like a new version of YG's "Who Do You Love."
