The Cast Of Hamilton Were In A BET Cypher

At tonight's BET Hip-Hop Awards, three cast members from the much talked about Broadway musical, Hamilton hosted their own cypher. The musical is a hip-hop reading of one of America's more interesting founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton. After selling out around the country off-broadway, the show is currently running in New York to regularly packed houses. If the raps in the musical are anything like what we see in their cypher, it should come as no surprise. Lin-Manuel Miranda, Daveed Diggs, and Renee Elise Goldsberry joined Black Thought and Questlove for a Cypher unlike any in the awards' history.
