Skylar Spence's "Can't You See" is a vigorous tribute to 2nd-wave disco. It's hard to imagine making the song more energetic, so Hemsworth goes in the opposite direction, transforming the tune into a light piece of mid-tempo pop. In this context, the chorus—I'm in love with my own reflection—seems far more tragic.
