The sole European import on the WEDIDIT roster, Purple, is known for taking the electronic crew's dark sound to even groggier depths. Milk & Bone's "Pressure" is thumping and affectionate, but Purple's lurking synths and reshaped vocals give his take on the track a predatory edge. "I took "Pressure" to a fatalistic space, bringing the vocals into a new instrumental and exploring a different kind of deepness," he tells FADER via email. The sonic paranoia we picked up on has an explanation, too: "When I was finalizing the remix, a man in a black cap tried to break into my apartment."
