This fall, Angeleno synth-pop trio Superhumanoids will hit the road for a cross-country tour in support of their forthcoming sophomore LP Do You Feel OK?. With this news comes a new track off the album that takes its name from a book documenting an edgy and often misunderstood subculture. As they told The FADER in a succinct email: “This song is about obsession, escapism, and the power of something random to bring two people together—in this case the book True Norwegian Black Metal.” The song, however, seems to have taken very little inspiration from the book's content: it's pulsing and dreamy, and lead singer Sarah Chernoff are as pretty and cottony as they come.
Do You Feel OK? is out September 11; check out the tour dates below.
