Meek Mill On Twitter: Drake “Don’t Write His Own Raps!”

Drake: “I signed up for greatness. This comes with it.”

July 22, 2015

Last week, Meek Mill's Dreams Worth More Than Money collaboration with Drake, "R.I.C.O.," was released as a single and has been climbing the charts since. Meek, however, is apparently now voicing his dissatisfaction with the track—specifically Drake's verse. In a string of tweets, it appears the Philly rapper called out Drake, saying, "Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out! 😁." He also claims that if he had known what he knows now, "R.I.C.O." wouldn't have made the cut. "He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album," he tweeted. "I don't trick my fans!" It's worth noting that someone else could be tricking Meek's fans—he could have been hacked (update below: Meek tweeted again this morning, ).

Update: When asked about the situation over email on early Wednesday morning, a rep for Atlantic Records declined to comment.
